Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions to facilitate effective communication and support.
• Conduct outreach services to promote study abroad programs and assist students in understanding their options.
• Engage in telesales activities to reach potential students and inform them about various educational opportunities.
• Provide expert guidance and counseling to students regarding their academic and career choices.
• Assist in the recruitment of students by organizing and participating in events, workshops, and seminars.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with institutional policies.
• Collaborate with other team members to enhance the overall student experience and improve service delivery.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in student counseling, admissions, or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse student populations.
• Proficiency in student relations and a deep understanding of study abroad programs.
• Experience in telesales and student recruiting is highly desirable.
• A background in counselor education or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Willingness to work on-site during day hours, ensuring availability for student consultations and outreach activities.
