Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Administrative Assistant located in Patna. The role includes performing administrative assistance tasks, managing clerical duties, handling phone communications with professional etiquette, and providing executive administrative support as needed. The individual will also maintain organized records and assist in streamlining administrative processes to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Expertise in Phone Etiquette and Communication for professional interactions
• Experience with Executive Administrative Assistance, including scheduling and coordination
• Strong Clerical Skills for record-keeping, filing, and maintaining documentation
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with office software and tools
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant experience in an administrative or support role is preferred
