Role Overview: You will be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed BIM models according to project specifications and standards. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to gather necessary project information will also be a key aspect of your role. Ensuring that BIM models are accurate, up-to-date, and adhere to design intent will be crucial. Additionally, participating in BIM coordination meetings, resolving any modeling conflicts, and implementing BIM standards and protocols throughout the project lifecycle will be part of your responsibilities. You will also assist in the development and implementation of BIM execution plans, provide support and training on BIM software and workflows to team members, conduct regular quality checks and audits of BIM models, and generate detailed construction documents and drawings from BIM models. Key Responsibilities: - Create and maintain detailed BIM models - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors - Ensure accuracy and adherence to design intent - Participate in BIM coordination meetings - Implement and uphold BIM standards and protocols - Assist in developing BIM execution plans - Provide support and training on BIM software and workflows - Conduct quality checks and audits of BIM models - Generate construction documents and drawings from BIM models Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field - Proven experience as a BIM Modeler or similar role in the construction or architectural industry - Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD - Strong understanding of BIM standards, protocols, and best practices - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Effective communication and collaboration skills - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Additional details: The job type for this position is Full-time, Permanent.
