Structure BIM Modeler

You will be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed BIM models according to project specifications and standards. Your role will involve collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to gather necessary project information, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design intent in BIM models. You will participate in BIM coordination meetings to resolve any modeling conflicts and uphold BIM standards and protocols throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, you will assist in the development and implementation of BIM execution plans, provide support and training on BIM software and workflows to team members, conduct regular quality checks and audits of BIM models, and generate detailed construction documents and drawings from BIM models.
