Structural Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all structural construction activities, including steel, concrete, formwork, rebar, and related works.
  
• Ensure activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project quality standards.
  
• Coordinate daily tasks with site engineers, subcontractors, and workforce to meet project deadlines.
  
• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality requirements.
  
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and highlight any issues or delays.
  
• Assist in material planning, quantity verification, and ensuring availability of required resources.
  
• Identify and resolve technical or site-related issues in coordination with the engineering team.
  
• Ensure proper implementation of method statements, work permits, and safety procedures.
  
• Monitor workforce productivity and provide necessary guidance and instruction.
  
• Participate in site meetings and communicate progress updates to management.
  

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
  
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in structural construction supervision.
  
• Strong knowledge of structural works (RCC, steel structures, formwork, shuttering, reinforcement).
  
• Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  
• Ability to manage workforce and subcontractors efficiently.
  
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Familiarity with safety regulations and site management practices.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with AutoCAD is an advantage.
