Job Description

About the Role : Civil Structural Manager

Role Objective:

Manage the structural design, detailing, and execution of steel frameworks and enclosures for data center facilities.
Collaborate with architects, consultants, and data center design teams to align structural elements with operational and technical requirements.
Oversee fabrication, welding, and erection processes, ensuring precision and adherence to stringent data center standards.
Evaluate technical drawings, calculations, and structural analysis for accuracy and constructability.
Coordinate with procurement teams for the sourcing of materials and vendor evaluation specific to data center needs.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and milestones, addressing any risks or technical challenges.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, industry standards, and sustainability practices in all phases of project execution.
