Structural Engineer (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform structural analysis and design of RCC and steel structures for residential, commercial, industrial, and high-rise buildings.

- Develop design calculations, load assessments, and structural models in accordance with IS codes and project requirements.

- Prepare design briefs and coordinate with draughtsmen for the preparation of accurate structural drawings.

- Ensure design compliance with applicable codes, safety standards, and client specifications.

- Conduct site visits to inspect structural works and ensure implementation aligns with design intent.

- Explain structural design concepts and decisions to clients, contractors, and project teams as required.

- Collaborate with architects, MEP consultants, and project managers for integrated project development.

- Maintain proper documentation of all design deliverables, calculations, and revisions.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; M.Tech in Structural Engineering is preferred.

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in structural design of RCC and steel buildings.

- Proficient in design software such as STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAFE, and familiar with Autocad.

- Sound knowledge of IS 456, IS 13920, IS 800, and other relevant Indian standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
