Structural Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the structural design process for high-value infrastructure/building projects (residential, commercial, industrial, or bridges depending on focus).
  
• Perform detailed analysis and design using relevant software (e.g., STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, Revit).
  
• Review and approve engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications.
  
• Ensure designs comply with applicable codes (IS, ACI, Eurocode, BS, etc.), safety standards, and client requirements.
  
• Mentor and supervise a team of junior engineers and CAD technicians.
  
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, project managers, and contractors for smooth project execution.
  
• Prepare technical reports, proposals, and tender documentation.
  
• Participate in technical reviews, value engineering, and risk assessment.
  
• Lead client meetings and presentations, and support business development when required.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.E. in Civil Engineering and M.E./M.Tech in Structural Engineering (mandatory).
  
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in structural design and execution.
  
• Proven track record of working on large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects.
  
• Proficient in structural analysis software (STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, etc.)
  
• Strong knowledge of international and local design codes and standards.
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  
• Ability to handle multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
  
• Chartered Engineer or working towards professional certification (preferred).
