Structural Engineer Apprentice

As a Structural Engineer Apprentice, you will be responsible for planning and conducting independent work that involves judgment in evaluating, selecting, applying, and adapting engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform structural design and analysis calculations using governing codes, standards, formulas, skills, and experience. - Provide drawings for designs and collaborate with Designers/Drafters to incorporate sketches into drawings. - Research design options and document findings for the project lead engineer. - Coordinate work with other disciplines such as mechanical and electrical. - Utilize computer-assisted engineering and design software to prepare engineering design documents. - Interpret building codes, construction specifications, and drawings. - Promptly report any critical risks to the higher-ups. - Perform day-to-day tasks as assigned. **Qualifications Required:** - Graduate, preferably with a Post Graduate qualification in Structural/Civil Engineering. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - High level of proficiency in Staadpro latest version. - Knowledge of connection design software such as Limcon, Masterseries & Ram connection is an added advantage. - Willingness to visit client project sites globally, as required. - Excellent attention to detail. - Ability to work cross-functionally with team members at all levels across multiple departments involved in various projects.,
