Structural Detailing Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Perform 3D modeling and detailing of steel structures using Tekla Structures.
• Develop and issue fabrication drawings, GA drawings, and BOMs.
• Prepare connection details, anchor bolt layouts, handrails, ladders, walkways, and platforms.
• Interpret and review project specifications, client drawings, and technical documents.
• Raise RFIs and technical queries for missing or unclear information.
• Conduct quality checks of drawings prior to submission.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers across disciplines to ensure design accuracy.
• Work on projects for oil & gas plants, industrial facilities, and metering skids.

Skills & Tools

• Tekla Structures (mandatory)
• AutoCAD, Advance Steel, RebarCAD
• Basic knowledge of STAAD Pro or equivalent analysis tools
• Familiarity with Navisworks, Inventor, or CADWorx is an advantage

Qualifications

• B.Tech / B.E in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in structural steel detailing for Oil & Gas or industrial projects
• Strong knowledge of fabrication standards and international codes

Preferred Candidate

• Immediate joiner preferred
• Experience with Middle East or international oil & gas projects
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
