Job Summary:

Structural Design Engineer

Perform structural analysis and design of RCC and steel structures for residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects.
Develop structural drawings, design reports, and calculations.
Coordinate with architects, MEP, and construction teams to ensure structural integrity and design feasibility.
Review and validate drawings prepared by consultants and contractors.
Conduct value engineering to optimize design without compromising safety or quality.
Ensure designs comply with relevant IS codes, BIS standards, NBC, and other applicable regulations.
Perform site visits to inspect and verify construction works as per approved drawings and standards.
Review and approve shop drawings and structural modifications proposed at the site.
Participate in design review meetings and provide technical guidance to project teams.
Keep up to date with new materials, methods, and technologies in structural engineering.

Qualifications and Skills:

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering; M.E./M.Tech in Structural Engineering preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in structural design within the real estate or construction industry.
Proficient in structural design software such as STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE, AutoCAD, Revit (Structure), etc.
Strong knowledge of Indian Standards (IS codes) and relevant international codes (preferred).
Good understanding of construction practices, sequencing, and site challenges.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
