Role & responsibilities

Job Summary Structural Design Engineer

Structural Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Perform structural analysis and design for buildings and infrastructure projects
Prepare design calculations, drawings, and technical reports
Apply relevant international and local design codes and standards
Coordinate with architects, geotechnical, and MEP teams
Support design reviews, value engineering, and constructability assessments
Assist senior engineers in project delivery and client coordination
Ensure quality, safety, and sustainability objectives are met

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
9–15 years of relevant structural design experience (flexible as per level)
Proficiency in structural analysis and design software
Knowledge of RCC and steel design
Experience working on building or infrastructure projects
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills

Exposure to international projects and global design standards in Data center projects, semiconductor projects.
Familiarity with BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Tekla)
Understanding of sustainable and resilient design principles
