Structural Analyst

As an experienced CAE professional with deep knowledge of durability, FEA, and automotive systems, you have the opportunity to join our team in Hyderabad. You will be working on advanced vehicle durability, stiffness, and NVH simulations using industry-leading CAE tools. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support product design and development through computer-aided engineering (CAE) - Perform linear, non-linear, fatigue, and vibration analysis in the Durability domain - Conduct full vehicle and subsystem analysis (BIW, chassis, trims, suspension, etc.) - Build, validate, and simulate FEA models for vehicle aggregates - Perform root cause analysis, durability target setting, and test correlation - Develop and assess vehicle stiffness, noise, and vibration characteristics - Prepare technical documentation and present simulation results - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for design improvement **Mandatory Skills:** - Strong expertise in CAE tools: Abaqus, Nastran, ANSYS, ANSA, HyperMesh, HyperView, HyperGraph - Deep understanding of mechanical and automotive systems - Skilled in meshing, modelling, and full-vehicle simulations **Preferred Skills:** - Python or TCL/TK scripting for automation and analytical programming - Ability to solve engineering problems using code - Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
