🔹 We Are Hiring – Steel Connection Designer (Idea StatiCa Specialist) 🔹 Straye India Pvt. Ltd., a growing leader in steel construction design and detailing , is looking for passionate and skilled professionals to join our team in Connection Design & Analysis . Position: Steel Connection Designer Location: Nagercoil, India Software Expertise: Idea StatiCa (preferred), Tekla Structures, Staad Pro, Autodesk Robot Key Responsibilities: Perform connection design and analysis for steel structures using Idea StatiCa . Work closely with structural engineers and detailers to deliver safe, economical, and practical designs. Carry out simulation and verification of critical connections under complex load conditions. Ensure compliance with international steel design codes (AISC, Eurocode, IS codes, etc.). Collaborate with the detailing team for accurate 3D modeling and production drawings . Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and team members. Requirements: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering . Strong knowledge of steel design principles and connection behavior. Hands-on experience with Idea StatiCa (mandatory). Familiarity with Tekla Structures , Staad Pro , and other structural analysis tools is an advantage. Good communication and teamwork skills. Why Join Us?
