Job Summary

Stringer Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor

  stringer machines

  in the production line.
• Check and ensure

  soldering quality

  of solar cells.
• Perform routine

  machine cleaning, alignment, and preventive maintenance

  .
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues to minimize downtime.
  
• Maintain production quality and efficiency standards.
  
• Follow safety and compliance protocols during operations.
  

Required Skills & Competencies

• 35 years of experience in

  stringer machine operations

  .
• Experience with

  TOPCon ATW stringer machines

  preferred.
• Knowledge of soldering quality checks and alignment procedures.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
