Job Description

As a Strategy Senior Analyst reporting directly to the Strategy, Governance & Value Realization lead for Enterprise Workforce Management, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the development of new techniques and improving processes within the Human Resources - Workforce Intelligence and Talent Acquisition Organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and addressing high impact strategic issues within the portfolio of businesses and assets - Leading projects across their lifecycle, from identifying and structuring the problem to communicating project results and getting buy-in for change - Identifying opportunities for growth or optimization of businesses and performing deep dives on specific businesses to reassess strategies and opportunities - Working closely with businesses in the execution of improvement strategies, coordinating and actively participating in the implementation process - Developing relationships with executives in business units, support functions, and senior leadership - Conducting in-depth research to support business strategies and identify trends across key business drivers - Developing presentations for senior management and Citigroup Board of Directors, synthesizing key findings of team analyses and recommendations - Raising and presenting key findings to team leaders - Gaining exposure to Citi senior management and developing working relationships with various departments and business units - Performing other duties and functions as assigned - Operating with a limited level of direct supervision, exercising independence of judgment and autonomy - Acting as a subject matter expert to senior stakeholders and/or other team members - Appropriately assessing risk when making business decisions and driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations Qualifications required for this role include: - 5-8 years of experience - Solid understanding of strategic financial planning - History of academic and professional excellence - Quantitative analytical skills - Problem-solving abilities - Knowledge of operational/financial modeling and ability to analyze financial statements - Ability to build presentations supported by data findings - Flexibility, productivity, initiative, and creativity - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Motivation, self-drive, ability to multi-task productively, and result orientation You will need to have a Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience to be considered for this position. Fluency in English, advanced Excel skills, and experience with Workforce Management strategies are must-haves, while knowledge in HR, Risk and Control, Governance, PM, and Benchmarking is desirable.,
