About the Role

What You’ll Do

• Strategic Initiatives: Own and lead critical cross-functional projects — from market expansion and pricing strategy to product commercialization and business model innovation.
• GTM Acceleration: Deeply embed yourself in our go-to-market engine — sharpening execution across customer segments, geographies, and product lines. You'll work hands-on across functions such as ABM/performance marketing, product marketing, multi-product launches, marketing analytics, and demand forecasting.
• Operational Rigor: Identify bottlenecks, design scalable workflows, and drive continuous improvement across business operations. Ensure that strategy translates into execution — cleanly and quickly.
• Problem Solving: Tackle ambiguous challenges using structured thinking, data-driven insight, and first-principles reasoning. Bring clarity where there is noise.
• Founder Leverage: Act as a strategic partner to the founder — preparing investor updates, board materials, internal reviews, and driving alignment across functions.
• Market Intelligence: Maintain a forward-looking view on industry trends, macro shifts, and competitor activity — enabling proactive strategy and agile execution.
• Org Enablement: Contribute to org-wide planning, OKR processes, and performance rhythms that drive accountability and velocity across teams.

Who You Are

• A top-tier engineering + MBA graduate, with 2–5 years of experience in high-growth startups, strategy consulting, VC, or similar fast-paced environments.
• You’ve played a hands-on role in growth or GTM functions — with real execution ownership in at least one of: performance marketing, ABM, product marketing, segment/geo expansion, multi-product GTM, marketing analytics, or forecasting.
• You’re a “show, don’t tell” operator — you default to doing, not just theorizing. Your track record speaks louder than your slide decks.
• You bring a founder-like mindset — high ownership, intellectual honesty, bias for action, and comfort with ambiguity.
• Exceptionally structured thinker and communicator — able to influence at all levels, from teammates to board members.
• Strong with data — whether it's modeling in Sheets or working with product/growth analytics tools to drive insight and action.
