Strategist

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop category, competitive, and audience reports, then translate these into learnings and recommendations to clients
• Taking proactive steps to identify and develop value-adding insights for brands
• Participate in team brainstorming sessions with internal and external partners to learn how to generate effective connections ideas
• Conceptualizing creative ideas for campaigns that bring alive the brand philosophy
• Monitor industry trends and their impact on consumers and businesses
• Create and streamline SOPs and processes.
• Identify key internal stakeholders, understand their needs, and tailor communication messages to ensure engagement and alignment.
• Develop and execute comprehensive internal communication strategies that align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
• Use internal data to create regular benchmarking reports for internal team

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• A strategic thinker with the ability to instill confidence in clients and across internal teams.
• Must be an excellent verbal and written communicator & should have outstanding presentation making skills.
• Passion for branding with strong understanding of leading brand thinking and constructs
• Must be a self-starter and nimble multi-tasker, able to handle large, complex projects.
• Strong analytical skills and experience converting qualitative data into quantitative analysis.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
