By working at the intersection of higher education, industry, and student success, you will be at the forefront of launching and scaling transformative programs nationwide. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify, engage, and build relationships with decision-makers at engineering, MBA, and other higher education institutions. - Drive end-to-end partnerships: from prospecting to MoU closure and long-term relationship management. - Develop win-win models that align institute goals with Masai's mission. - Work with institute leadership to launch joint programs, student initiatives, and co-branded activities. - Coordinate with internal teams (product, marketing, sales, academics) to ensure smooth execution of partnerships. - Represent Masai at conferences, seminars, and campus events to strengthen brand presence. - Achieve partnership targets in terms of signed MoUs, student reach, and revenue contribution. - Monitor and report on partnership effectiveness, learner outcomes, and business impact. - Continuously explore innovative models to deepen engagement with academic partners. **Qualifications Required:** - 3-5 years of experience in Strategic Partnerships, Institutional Alliances, or B2B Sales. - Strong network and proven track record of working with higher education institutions. - Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills. - Ability to design partnership models that deliver mutual value. - Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. - Passion for education, student success, and building scalable impact.
