Strategic Partnership and Placement Manager

As a Strategic Alliances and Placement Manager for the management institute in Mumbai campus at Andheri East, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Arrange guest lectures, workshops & industry visits - Conduct career counseling for students - Facilitate placement of students in reputed companies based on their skills and education - Coordinate between students and recruiters for Pre-Placement Offers (PPO) and placements - Establish new connections with recruiters, HR managers, and other corporate authorities for student training, placements, and industrial visits - Prepare students for interviews and assist in resume building - Accompany students during industrial visits, job fairs, corporate events, and placement drives To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience: - A graduate/post-graduate with 10-15 years of relevant experience in a management/technical institute - Proven track record of successfully placing students - Strong network and corporate relations within the industry - Age preference of minimum 40 years - Immediate joiners are preferred Qualifications required for this position include any Master's Degree or Graduation.
