This role offers the opportunity to lead and drive business growth in the metal and mineral industry. **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for overseeing the Mineral & Metal Segment of the laboratory company, utilizing your expertise and industry knowledge to drive strategic initiatives and achieve business objectives. Your leadership will be crucial in managing P&L, multi-location teams, and business development functions within the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the Mineral & Metal Segment of the laboratory company - Utilize strong knowledge of commodity markets and industries for minerals and metal processing value chains - Manage P&L, multi-location teams, and business development functions - Develop and implement actionable business strategies based on market intelligence - Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation skills **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors or Masters degree in Metallurgy, Mining, or Material Science.
