Understand the capabilities of our products and technologies and align them with new and adjacent application requirements.
Identify and understand current and future customer needs and opportunities to introduce and sell products and solutions to the customer. Conducting market research/analysis and identifying potential new clients or vertical markets for existing product portfolio and new product requirements for existing marketsGenerating new projects and initiatives to accomplish above targetsHelp strategy and tactic definition from data analytics and business understandingWorking closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies, with special interactions with Product management, Sales and Marketing teamsAnalysing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies and to monitor growth on selected vertical markets.Support marketing team in identifying what product to promote for which vertical marketAssist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.Identify new business opportunities and partners.Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or engineering.
6 - 10 years' relevant work experience in business development or similar field (strategy, strategic marketing) preferred.Good market understanding and technical background preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skills (English mandatory).Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.Strong organization and project management skills.Excellent interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software, especially on PowerPoint and Excel. Tableau and SFDC are a plusMobility: Flexibility in working days, as well as domestic and international travelling.
