Role Overview: You will play a critical role as a Strategic Business Architect at Volvo Group, shaping the digital transformation by aligning business goals with digital initiatives and unlocking new opportunities. Your responsibilities will include leading assessments and transformation planning, translating strategy into action, enabling transformation, integrating and aligning functions and digital portfolios, guiding decisions with insights, and collaborating with leaders, architects, and product teams to drive desired business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the evaluation and assessment of business capabilities and value streams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives - Identify capability needs, perform gap analyses, and prioritize initiatives and investments based on capability-based planning practices - Facilitate stakeholder engagements to compare current vs. future states, uncover capability shortfalls, and define areas of improvement - Develop capability and transformation roadmaps to guide successful group-wide transformation - Connect business strategy with digital domains, capabilities, and value streams to develop actionable plans - Evaluate current capabilities, identify gaps, and design target states to enable successful transformation - Work across functions and digital portfolios to ensure strategies are optimally applied - Build and maintain business architecture models and blueprints to provide decision support - Collaborate with leaders, architects, and product teams to assess business impacts and drive desired outcomes - Communicate complex concepts clearly and collaborate effectively across business and IT divisions Qualification Required: - 3+ years of relevant experience working within the business architecture domain - Experience in capturing and formalizing business capabilities and value streams, conducting business impact analysis, and capability assessments - Proficiency in applying capability-based planning methods and practices within a large organization - Experience in transforming strategic initiatives into executable capability-driven roadmaps - Relevant academic degree with complete fluency in English Additional Details of the Company: Volvo Group is committed to shaping the future landscape of efficient, safe, and sustainable transport solutions.
