Strategic Accounts Manager

Job Description: SalesBox is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining productive relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts. By coordinating with various company resources, you will work towards achieving account performance objectives and exceeding customer expectations. Your primary goal will be to meet sales targets while also focusing on strategic objectives within your assigned accounts. As an ideal candidate, you will proactively engage in a joint company-strategic account planning process to establish mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones over a one to three-year period. You will continuously assess, clarify, and validate customer needs to provide tailored solutions that best address their requirements. Collaboration with internal teams will be essential to ensure comprehensive and effective solutions are delivered to customers.
