STORYTELLER GAME CONCEPT, DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT

Role Overview: You will be working in an international team with colleagues from various locations including Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, India, Barcelona, and Mexico City. Your primary responsibilities will include game world and story design, game design system, game development and testing, game marketing, game industry insights, and game systems management. Key Responsibilities: - Designing game worlds including goals, characters, development, game logic, level design, and social play - Developing a game style guide using Frontify and collaborating with 2D and 3D Media designers for game character development - Defining in-application purchases - Working with coding partners for game development, leading requirements analysis, ensuring usability, and maintaining game projects - Collaborating with the marketing team to create compelling promotions - Staying updated on game industry insights, key-players, demos, launches, marketing, and trade-shows - Managing mobile platforms like Switch, Android, and iOS, as well as game codebase using Google Firebase or other platforms Qualifications Required: - Undergraduate degree in interactive media, new media, or multimedia - Minimum of 1 year experience in developing gamified experiences in areas such as E-Sports, Entertainment, AdTech, Agritech, EdTech, MedTech, Design, SmartCity, and Mobility applications - Minimum of 1 year working experience in Unity Development for Android, Switch, and iOS - Experience with codebase and CMS management via platforms like Github and Firebase - Proficiency in C# or Python scripting - Proficiency in 3D Game Engines such as Unity, Unreal, or Playcanvas - Proficiency in English (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent TOEIC 820/ EIKEN Grade 1) and a second language (Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Spanish) Additional Company Details (if available): You will be part of a team of 21st-century leaders who appreciate the central role of design in technology application.
