As a Studio based in Pune and Taichung, you will have the opportunity to work with an international team consisting of colleagues from Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, India, Barcelona, and Mexico City. Your role will involve various aspects of Game Design such as Game World and Story Design, Game Design System, Game Development and Test, Game Marketing, Game Industry Insights, and Game Systems Management. In terms of Game World and Story Design, you will be responsible for designing the game world, including setting goals, creating characters, developing game logic, designing levels, and incorporating social play elements. Additionally, you will work on defining in-application purchases and collaborating with 2D and 3D Media designers to develop game characters. Your role will also entail working with coding partners, leading requirements analysis, ensuring usability, and maintaining the game project during the Game Development and Test phase. Furthermore, you will collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotions for the game. In order to excel in this role, you are required to have at least an undergraduate degree in interactive media, new media, or multimedia, along with a minimum of 1 year of experience in developing gamified experiences in various sectors such as E-Sports, Entertainment, AdTech, Agritech, EdTech, MedTech, Design, and SmartCity and Mobility applications. You should also possess a minimum of 1 year of working experience in Unity Development for Android, Switch, and iOS, proficiency in C# or Python scripting, proficiency in 3D Game Engines (Unity, Unreal, Playcanvas), and fluency in English and a second language (Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Spanish).
