Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Conduct engaging storytelling sessions for students (Pre-Primary to Middle School, as assigned)
Use voice modulation, expressions, movement, and props to bring stories alive
Select and adapt stories suitable for different age groups and learning levels
Encourage student participation through discussion, role-play, and creative activities
Integrate moral values, life skills, and cultural stories into sessions
Collaborate with teachers to align storytelling with curriculum themes
Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
Prepare lesson plans and storytelling materials when required
Participate in school events, assemblies, or storytelling workshops

Required Qualifications & Skills

Strong verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi/Marathi is a plus)
Passion for storytelling, drama, or performing arts
Experience working with children in a school or educational setting preferred
Ability to engage and manage groups of students effectively
Creative, energetic, and patient personality
Basic understanding of child development and age-appropriate content

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
