As a dynamic Stores Manager at Mahabell Industries, your role will involve overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. You will be responsible for managing people, processes, and systems to ensure that goods are handled appropriately and productivity targets are met. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage and oversee the entire stores operation, including receipt, storage, and packing of incoming materials. - Ensure accurate accounting and documentation of all materials received and dispatched. - Implement and manage an efficient inventory control system to track stock levels, order status, and delivery times. - Coordinate with production and procurement teams to meet supply chain requirements and maintain optimal inventory levels. - Utilize basic computer knowledge and SAP for store management operations and reporting. - Develop and implement data visualization and predictive modeling techniques for enhanced inventory management. - Monitor and analyze big data to optimize warehouse processes and improve efficiency. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized storage environment. **Qualifications Required:** - Relevant degree in any field. - Minimum 7 years to maximum 10 years of work experience in stores management in the manufacturing industry. - Proven experience in incoming raw material receipt and accounting. - Proficiency in basic computer operations and SAP working knowledge. - Extensive knowledge of material management, including inventory control and warehousing. - Experience with data visualization techniques for reporting and analytical tasks. - Ability to apply predictive modeling for inventory and supply chain optimization. - Proficient in big data analysis to improve storage and dispatch processes. - Skilled in data mining to extract accurate and actionable insights for improved logistics management.
