Stores Executive
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Protection , security of materials with necessary covering should be followed.2. Materials should be stocked as per MSDS (Materials Storage Data Sheet)3. Goods Receipt Note (GRN) process including approval need to be completed by store person within 48 hours after material received4. Information is to be given to operation and purchase for excess material supply to raise the indent and amend the purchase order respectively5. Local purchase in-case of emergency after Local purchase indent approved6. Consumption of materials based on issue need to be monitored in daily basis7. Monitoring is to be done on daily basis for stored materials8. Co-ordination with Audit team for Store auditing9. Insist project manager to raise indent for Major materials to maintain minimum stock with material lead time

0-1 year experience as Stores Executive.
