Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes)
  • Daily Material Consumption Database
  • Cycle count cross validate
  • Maintain supplier database
  • Monitor stock levels
  • Implement FIFO (First in First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry First Out) methods for perishable items
  • Plan material dispatch schedules based on operational requirements
  • Ensure all materials meet the company's quality and hygiene standards
  • Coordinate with the QA/QC team for inspections and approvals
  • Track and control material costs in line with the budget
  • Liaise with Operations, Kitchen, and Finance teams to ensure smooth material flow
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly purchase and consumption reports
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile with system records

Qualifications & Experience:

  • BCom or BSC Computer Science
  • Minimum of five years of experience, out of which 2-3 years in hotels/restaurants/catering companies
