You are being hired as a Stores & Dispatch ERP Coordinator at Vaighai Agro Products Limited. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and record day-to-day logistics and material movement transactions in ERP. This will involve accurately updating entries related to raw materials, packing materials, spares, finished goods, and other logistic processes. Key Responsibilities: - Record shift entry and exit times in the system. - Enter Raw Material inward entries in ERP. - Enter Packing Material and Spares Material inward entries in ERP. - Record Raw Material Inter-factory transfers in ERP. - Maintain Sales entries (fines, fibre, sand/stone, scrap) in ERP. - Record Finished Goods Inter-factory transfer entries in ERP. - Enter Export dispatch entries in ERP. - Handle Packing Material Returnable Transfer (IN & OUT with Work Orders) in ERP. - Dispatch original and copy bills (weightment slips, E-Way bills, invoices, DCs, freight vouchers) to Head Office. - Enter Raw Material Inward QC Reports in ERP. - Enter Sample Product Dispatch entries in ERP. - Maintain records of Good & Damaged Bags (Received from/Issued to Suppliers) in ERP. - Record Spares Issue entries and Packing Material Issue entries in ERP. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in ERP-based data entry (preferably in logistics or manufacturing). - Strong understanding of logistics documents and process flow. - Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Tally ERP, etc.). - Good organizational and communication skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
