Job Description

As a Store Assistant, your role will involve stocking materials received from vendors properly to ensure easy access, identification, verification, and handling. You will be responsible for ensuring the proper stocking of materials using appropriate methods of care and preservation to prevent damage and loss. Conducting periodic physical verification and assessing stock positions will also be part of your duties. Additionally, you will need to ensure smooth issuance of materials to internal departments and accurately account for both received and issued materials. Maintaining receipts, records, and withdrawals of stock, as well as providing all necessary documents along with outward materials, will be crucial. Keeping the store up to date and presentable at all times, including preparing and maintaining records of store inventory, will also be within your responsibilities. Qualifications required for this role include being a graduate in any field with either fresher or a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Store Assistant/Keeper. Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel), will be necessary. Skill requirements for this position include outstanding record-keeping skills and excellent organizational abilities. The office location for this role is Rabale, Navi Mumbai.
