Storekeeper

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our store/warehouse. The Storekeeper will be responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing supplies and materials, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring the smooth functioning of store activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels regularly.
• Issue materials and supplies based on requisitions and verify proper documentation.
• Monitor stock levels, identify shortages, and prepare purchase requisitions when needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and storage guidelines.
• Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory checks.
• Keep the store area clean, organized, and secure.
• Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and other departments regarding store operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma / Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Storekeeper, Store Assistant, or in warehouse management.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and stock control procedures.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, and inventory software).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
