Job Description

Receive, inspect, and store all incoming materials and stock. Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels in the system. Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification. Ensure proper storage conditions for all food and non-food items (FIFO/LIFO method). Monitor usage levels of inventory and coordinate timely replenishment. Issue materials and supplies to kitchen and service teams as per requisitions. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the storage area as per FSSAI and safety standards. Coordinate with vendors and the procurement team for deliveries and discrepancies. Assist with documentation for internal and external audits.
