Job Summary

The Store Trainee will assist in day-to-day store and warehouse operations related to veterinary feed supplements. The role involves handling material receipts, storage, inventory control, dispatch coordination, and maintaining records as per company and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Store & Inventory Management

• Assist in receiving raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods related to veterinary feed supplements.
• Verify quantity, batch numbers, expiry dates, and quality as per invoice and GRN.
• Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and storage as per FIFO / FEFO norms.
• Maintain stock registers and update inventory records (manual or system-based).

2. Material Handling & Dispatch

• Support issuing materials to production as per requisition slips.
• Assist in packing, loading, and dispatch of finished products.
• Coordinate with logistics and transporters for timely dispatch.

3. Documentation & Records

• Maintain records such as GRN, issue slips, stock registers, and dispatch documents.
• Assist in preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
• Ensure proper documentation for audits and inspections.

4. Quality, Safety & Hygiene

• Follow GMP, safety, and hygiene standards applicable to veterinary feed supplements.
• Ensure clean and organized storage areas.
• Report damaged, expired, or non-conforming materials immediately.

5. Support Activities

• Assist in physical stock verification and cycle counts.
• Support senior store staff in routine store operations.
• Learn store procedures, ERP systems, and industry compliance requirements.

Qualification & Experience

• Education: Graduate / Diploma in any discipline (Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred).
• Experience: Fresher or 0–1 year experience in stores/warehouse (animal feed / pharma / FMCG preferred).

Skills & Competencies

• Basic knowledge of store and inventory operations
• Understanding of FIFO / FEFO concepts
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, ERP – added advantage)
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility
• Good communication and coordination skills

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
