Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure proper stock handling. Enforce safety, hygiene, and compliance standards on the floor. Conduct shift briefings and ensure proper handover between shifts. Train and guide team members to meet productivity and quality targets. Prepare and submit shift reports and performance metrics.
