Store Sales Executive

Position Overview:
We are looking for an energetic Store Sales Executive who can manage walk-in customers at our showroom as well as handle client queries and business through calls. The role requires excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to close sales effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Attend walk-in customers, explain product details, and assist in selection
• Handle inbound and outbound calls for enquiries and follow-ups
• Maintain sales records and update customer details in Excel/CRM
• Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for order processing
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Work towards achieving monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience (retail or B2B preferred)
• Strong communication skills in Hindi & English (knowledge of other regional languages is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of Excel / computer usage
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented personality
• Experience in wedding décor / event industry is an advantage, but not mandatory
