Store Packaging Executive

- Supervise the entire packaging process of tablets and capsules, including blister, strip,
and bottle packaging lines.- Operate and maintain various packaging machines such as blister pack machines andcartonators.- Handle both primary packaging (e.g., blister, bottle) and secondary packaging (e.g.,cartons, outer boxes) processes effectively.- Monitor and manage packaging materials (foils, cartons, labels, etc.) and coordinatewith the store department for timely replenishment.- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and production floor.- Ensure quality control checks during the packaging process, adhering to cGMP andother regulatory standards.- Package finished products efficiently and accurately as per production requirements.- Examine packed items to ensure quality standards, and check for defects or damage.- Verify product quantities, sizes, and specifications against packing slips, invoices, orwork orders.- Gather and prepare appropriate packaging materials as per the productrequirements.- Assemble containers ensuring proper sizing and protection of products.- Maintain accurate records of packed batches, material usage, and otherdocumentation related to the packaging process.- Collaborate with production, quality control, and relevant teams to ensure smoothand uninterrupted operations.- Ensure a safe and hygienic work environment, including use of PPE and cleanliness ofthe packaging area.- Train and guide packing staff on SOPs, safety protocols, and quality standards.- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize packing processes,enhance efficiency, and reduce wastage.- Follow production guidelines and quality standards to maintain product integrity.- Demonstrate knowledge of both primary and secondary packaging processes,equipment operation, GMP, and SOPs.- Exhibit strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-qualitystandards.- Communicate and coordinate effectively with team members and otherdepartments.- Proactively identify and resolve any packaging-related issues to minimize downtimeand rework.
