Store Officer

As a Store Officer, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of the store at Talegaon-Dindori (Nashik). With 3-4 years of experience in FMCG or Manufacturing, you will be responsible for various tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the store. Your primary responsibilities will include arranging vehicles and manpower for loading materials, SF Material Drum Keeping & Storage, and dispatch planning from the warehouse to the store in alignment with production requirements. Reporting any issues promptly is essential to maintain seamless operations. Inventory management will be a key aspect of your role, encompassing tasks such as receiving and issuing materials, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Your expertise in inventory management, stock control, record-keeping, and implementing FIFO will be valuable assets in this position. In addition to these responsibilities, you may supervise store staff, provide training, and delegate tasks as needed. Your problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you address any issues related to inventory, storage, or delivery and find effective solutions to overcome challenges. You will also be involved in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance store processes and efficiency. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication skills to interact with various teams and vendors effectively. Excellent organizational and time management skills will help you handle multiple tasks and prioritize them efficiently. Proficiency in using inventory management software, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and other relevant tools is essential. Your ability to identify and resolve issues related to inventory, storage, and logistics will be critical, along with a sound knowledge of safety regulations and procedures for handling and storing materials.
