Job Responsibilities:

· Oversee daily operations of the apparel retail store in Gurgaon

· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

· Handle customer escalations and resolve complaints professionally

· Maintain store hygiene and compliance with brand standards

· Track store KPIs (conversion rate, average bill value, footfall, etc.)

· Collaborate with the merchandising and marketing team for promotions and seasonal campaigns

Key Requirements:

· Experience: Minimum 5 years in managing a retail apparel store (Ethnic or Fashionwear preferred)

· Location Preference: Candidates currently residing in Gurgaon.

· Skills:

o Team management and leadership

o Customer service excellence

o Sales and target-oriented mindset

o Basic computer proficiency (POS systems, Excel)

Preferred Background:

· Worked with leading Indian ethnic wear or apparel brands

· Proven track record of store performance and team management

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
