• Proficiency in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention to ensure smooth operations and minimize risks.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales goals and maintain a productive work environment.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management processes and proficiency in using related tools and software.
• Previous experience in retail or sales roles is preferred but not mandatory.
