Store Manager - VAN HEUSEN

As the Store Manager for VAN HEUSEN at Cross Cut Road, Gandhipuram, Coimbatore, you will be directly enrolled by Aditya Birla. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain and manage all store operations while collaborating with the company and store staff. Your duties will include overseeing day-to-day store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining inventory. You will also be required to implement retail loss prevention measures, meet sales targets, and uphold customer satisfaction. Strong leadership skills, the ability to foster a positive work environment, and ensuring adherence to store standards and regulations are essential aspects of this role. To excel in this position, you should possess excellent customer satisfaction and customer service skills, strong communication abilities, experience in store management and retail loss prevention, leadership and team management capabilities, and the capacity to meet sales targets in a dynamic retail environment. Proficiency in inventory management is crucial. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred, while experience in the fashion retail industry is considered a plus. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as leave encashment, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The work schedule includes day shifts with weekend availability.
