Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Reliance Retail. This full-time, mid-level position is based in Bhubaneswar, Koraput, Balasore, or Sambalpur. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of work experience overseeing retail operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Proficiency in using inventory management software and understanding its impact on store efficiency.
• Strong experience with point of sale (POS) systems to ensure seamless customer transactions.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring all activities align with company standards and goals.
• Lead, train, and motivate the store team to achieve set sales targets and deliver high-quality customer service.
• Implement merchandising strategies, ensuring product displays are optimized to maximize customer engagement.
• Monitor inventory levels, order stock as needed, and minimize waste to ensure adequate supply.
• Analyze sales and customer data to identify trends and develop action plans to respond to market changes.
• Ensure the store complies with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe environment for staff and customers alike.
• Resolve customer complaints and facilitate feedback to improve customer service practices continually.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for business improvement and growth.
