Store Manager/ Marketing Staff

Job Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and organized Store Manager/Marketing Staff to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer experience, and contribute to sales growth through creative marketing and promotional strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all store activities including sales, inventory, and staff management.
• Develop and execute local marketing campaigns to increase footfall and brand visibility.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure an appealing store layout.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through personalized service and loyalty programs.
• Manage stock levels, reordering, and vendor relationships efficiently

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in retail, marketing, or sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, POS/inventory software).
• Creative mindset with an interest in growing a local brand.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
