India's fastest growing Jewellery brand requires Store manager - Mumbai / Chennai

One of our client a leading jewellery brand which is also s one of the most widely distributed diamond jewellery brands in India, with its products available in over 6,250 jewellery outlets. It offers a diverse range of designs encompassing rings, earrings, pendants, necklaces, bangles, bracelets, and nose pins. It utilizes VVS diamonds and 18k hallmarked gold in its creations. From 2007 to 2008, It has experienced a growth rate of 49%, achieving a turnover of 1,025 crores (US$ 260 million at that time).


We are looking out for Store Manager for Mumbai and Chennai location.

-Store Manager responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring its smooth functioning and providing excellent customer service.

-They are in charge of managing the store staff and ensuring that sales targets are met.

Key responsibilities may include:

-Sales and Customer Service: Driving sales and revenue by implementing effective sales strategies, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive shopping experience for customers.


-Team Management: Supervising and motivating the store staff, conducting training sessions, and ensuring team members have the necessary product knowledge to assist customers effectively.

-Inventory Management: Managing inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and ensuring appropriate replenishment to meet customer demand.

-Visual Merchandising: Ensuring the store's visual appeal is maintained to attract customers and enhance the overall shopping experience.

-Store Operations: Overseeing all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

-Reporting: Preparing sales and performance reports for the higher management, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and taking necessary actions to improve store performance.

-Marketing and Promotions: Collaborating with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns, events, and initiatives to drive footfall and sales.

-Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to enhance customer loyalty and repeat business.


SKILLS & QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

-Must have excellent English communication skills and good knowledge in computer, Advanced Excel

-Any Graduate

-Required 8+ years relevant experience. in store manager in jewellery industry
