STORE MANAGER ( EXPERIENCED)

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, improving customer satisfaction, driving sales, monitoring inventory, and ensuring smooth business operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily store activities.

• Manage and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets.

• Maintain excellent customer service standards.

• Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory.

• Ensure proper store display, cleanliness, and safety standards.

• Handle billing, cash, and daily reports.

• Implement company policies and maintain discipline.

Requirements

• Previous experience as Store Manager / Retail Manager preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

• Good knowledge of retail operations and stock management.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, POS system).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
