Inventory Management
Maintaining of accurate record of bulk material consumables, spares fuel and lubricants.
Conduct regular stocks
Monitor stock levels
Material Handling
Ensure safe handling, stacking and storage of material
Maintain clealiness proper housekeeping in stores and yards
Track and ensure smooth material transaction from receiving to material issue
Material preservation and issue material of FIFO basis
Receive & Issue of goods
Receive shipments from supplier and match the same with purchase order for quantity and specification
Issue materials to site based on their requirement and update the same in system
Handle rejected and damaged materials as per SOP
Record keeping and documentation
Maintain detail record of material receipt, issued and return in system
Generate report for management MIS on inventory material receipt, ageing, consumption.
Organising skills - Ability to maintain and organised system for stores management
Leadership - Ability to guide supervisors and other staffs working in stores
Problem solving - Addressing inventory discrepancies, if any by co ordinating, with concerned department
Communication skill - Effective communication with supervisors, staffs, other departments and suppliers
Time management - Managing various responsibilities, including stock taking, MIS, issue of materilals, unloading of materials
Analytical Skill - ABC analysis of materials, ageing analysis etc
Qualification - BSC/ BCOM
DIPLOMA IN MATERILS MANAGEMENT
COMPUTER, ERP
MINIMUM EXPERINCE - 6 -12 YEARS
