Store Manager at Flipkart Minutes

Role Overview:

As a Store Manager for Flipkart Minutes, you will be the P&L owner and operational head of your designated hub/dark store. You will be responsible for end-to-end store managementfrom inventory control and warehousing to last-mile delivery and team leadership. Your primary mission is to balance speed (High OTIF) with efficiency (Lowest Cost Operations) while ensuring a localized, customer-centric approach.

Role & responsibilities:

• Manage store operations with a focus on lowest-cost delivery models.
• Drive process optimization and operational efficiency.
• Develop and strengthen the last-mile delivery network.
• Build and maintain a strong recruitment pipeline.
• Lead team development, training, and manage attrition within required levels.
