A Store Manager at Lenskart acts as an important link between strategy and execution. He/she drives the store towards achieving all assigned metrics of Store Sales, Conversions, Customer satisfaction etc. and is responsible for keeping a high level of morale among the store staff, developing them, controlling attrition, and ensuring smooth operations at the store.

Role & responsibilities Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction. Oversee sales floor management, including visual merchandising, inventory control, and stock replenishment. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer loyalty. Lead a team of retail staff members, providing guidance on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Preferred candidate profile Should have retail experience as a Store Manager / Department Manager / Assistant Store Manager of more than 2 years

Store Officer with 2-4 yrs exp. Manage inventory, material in/out, stock records, reports in SAP (MM). SAP knowledge mandatory.
