Team Management & Supervision Lead a team of warehouse operators handling loading, unloading, binning, picking, and packing. Assign daily tasks to operators based on order volumes and warehouse workload . Train warehouse staff on best practices, SOPs, and safety protocols . Monitor operator productivity and performance , ensuring alignment with operational targets. Maintain a positive and disciplined warehouse work environment . E. Qualifications & Experience Education: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Experience: 4–6 years in warehouse operations, inventory control, and team management. Industry Preference: Toys, FMCG, Consumer Goods, Retail, 3PL (Third-Party Logistics), or E-Commerce. Technical Skills: Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), Tally, SAP, or other ERP tools . Proficiency in inventory tracking and warehouse optimization techniques .
